Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a butchery
Skilled in meat cutting, trimming and portioning
Wors-making experience is essential
Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety
Hardworking, reliable and trustworthy
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Own transport advantageous
